This is the guidebook created for the project ‘Movie Up: a creative ageing path,’ a part of the Erasmus+ programme nr 2023-1-IT02-KA210-ADU-000150997, by three organizations: Stazione Cinema (leader), Cotopaxi Association and Cinematek.

It also offers a summary of long-established programs for seniors that are based on participatory video method. If you are a trainer, an artist, a facilitator or a social worker, we recommend the chapter on practical tips when working with audiovisual forms. You can also look for inspiration in the overview chapter of existing projects that use modern technology and digital techniques.
